The  present  Bus-stand   was  constructed  during 1995.

The Bus stand is situated in heart of the Town in National Highway Road.    It is “B” class Bus stand  and having 36 Bus bays.

                        In this Bus stand having the Bus bays for Bus time to rest.  But most of the Busses are to and fro from Mayiladuthurai – Chidambaram & Karaikal – Chidambarm via Sirkali.  No departure time fixation for that bus in this Bus stand.  Now this Bus stand Bus bays are sufficient for  Town Bus and Moffusil Bus arrived to this Bus stand.
