ABOUT MUNICIPALITY

Inam Karur Pantheist was constituted in the year 1935 and it was upgraded to Town Pantheist in the year 1969 and was subsequently upgraded as Third Grade Municipality from 05.07.2004. It has a population of 45254 (as per 2001 census) with the extent of 13.5 Sq. Km., The town is divided into 21Wards.
